Mission Statement: "Build the best boat possible. Enjoy your workplace. Give our owners the best value.”
Since Malibu’s inception in 1982 President/CEO Robert Alkema’s mission has been very simple even if the evolution of design and engineering has become increasingly complex. By empowering the employees at Malibu with ownership opportunity Alkema has essentially made each and every employee a vested partner in building the best boats available in the industry. Alkema’s philosophy, that the success of the organization is a direct result of the employee’s commitment to quality has built a solid foundation at Malibu. From the humble beginnings where Malibu built 100 custom ski boats in a small shop to their standing as the world’s number one manufacturer of water sports boats Malibu has become an exemplary American boat company. Malibu has won more Product Excellence Awards from industry experts than all other competitors combined including an amazing 13 Boat of the Year Awards. By 1995 Malibu was climbing the sales charts and became the second largest manufacturer of ski boats in the world. In 1997 General Motors enlisted Malibu to build the Corvette Limited Edition Ski Boat an engineering marvel that set new standards in ski boat design. By 2001, Malibu boats was at the top of the world in both awards and boat sales enlisting new production techniques and establishing new standards in customer service that has propelled us to where we are today, the new standard in the water sports industry.
Malibu is an engineering driven company unlike many of our competitors that rely mainly on a marketing focus. This can be seen in the many innovations that have started at Malibu including the Wedge, Power Wedge, GM Vortec engines, adjustable rudder, one piece glass windshield, standard Precision Pro Speed Control, Gorilla fins, hand wrapped dashes and the dual gas fills. Together, Malibu Boats is making new rules in the world of water sports with a unique philosophy that breeds quality, innovation and customer loyalty.
While SeaStrike has big plans for new 28- to 36-foot sport-fishing boats at its massive new factory in Perry, Florida, we still find plenty to like about its current top-of-the-line model, the 240 CC.

A true backcountry skiff, the Hewes Redfisher was designed to fish shallow water and make long runs across open bays. Equipped with three live wells, locking rod storage and recessed trim tabs, the Redfisher is an ideal boat for the serious angler.
Another big name in bass boats, Triton is known for building strong boats without excess weight. Triton’s accelerate well, have good top end speed and provide a dry ride in rough water.
